Don's early career was a journey in search of the best industry for his love of statistics. Adtech found him at the right place and the right time. With a wealth of learning and experience, he's doing it again as the founder and leader of d²l. On the personal front, Don admits he couldn’t do it without Colorado in the spring, the ocean in the summer, football in the fall, basketball in the winter, the oxford comma, and the unwavering support from his family.

Devin has built a career on helping organizations level up their data capabilities, working across the stack from data science and data engineering to cloud architecture and web development. At d²l, he leads the development of fabricks and ensures that it’s a force multiplier for your data team. After relocating from Colorado to Thailand, Devin traded camping and snowboarding for beach days and muay thai.

Kathy is a career data wrangler with a passion for data integrity. Her background includes designing, coding, and automating data ingest & data quality control processes. At d²l, you’ll find Kathy digging deep to identify & neutralize data issues and wrangling your data into actionable insights to help fuel your business.  Beyond that, you can find her dancing at a concert or exploring her new home in the PNW.

Nick has helped dozens of companies achieve their data product goals through effective strategy and quality development. He has a knack for building data platforms, predictive models, and B2B data solutions from the ground up and excels as both a leader and a contributor. On team d²l, Nick works as a technical lead for client delivery, helping you realize your product ambitions. He spends his free time working on cars and enjoying the great outdoors of Colorado.

Another young big data enthusiast drawn to adtech, Lucy immediately excelled directing both business and data operations. This catapulted her into a career of designing and producing elegant data solutions based upon executive-level business requests. She’s a self-proclaimed HubSpot and monday.com expert, and an occasional project manager for d²l's fabricks implementations. Despite promoting data-driven decision making, Lucy is a lifelong Buffalo Bills fan.

With a breadth of experience, Jacob has built a career around learning whatever is needed to get the job done. He’s built data projects from quick & dirty proofs of concept to petabyte scale machine learning pipelines. He’s worked on every type of project under the sun (including Identity Graphs, Natural Language Processing, & Time Series Forecasting) with companies from 5 to 250,000 employees. At d²l, you’ll find Jacob doing a little bit of everything (surprise, surprise), but mostly building new, high-impact data products for clients.  Outside of work, he likes to make breakfast food, fly airplanes, and hit golf balls into the trees.

Isabella has spent her career dabbling in all facets of tech, growing from tactical contribution to leadership and strategy work, known for getting s…tuff done. At d²l, you’ll find her stepping in to help lead projects of all kinds and supporting your fabricks implementation to inform continuous product improvement. In her free time, Isabella adventures outside and around the world.
